And to tell you the truth, the low price sets off a few red flags to me.  

So why does the the Agent need my credit report… An eviction report is all that is needed and that is a very inexpensive report to obtain.People can have bad credit and still pay their rent every month.People can have past criminal records and still pay their rent every month.People with a prior eviction could still pay their rent every month.Plus, an eviction report is the only report that’s specific to the rental industry.To me, requesting a Credit Report to Lease a home is just a scam to make extra money for the Agent.

So far I haven't needed the extra help to get the loans.

I was able to pull all my original money out and a little extra.

At first we were a little nervous because we now have two mortgages but so far it is nice to have the extra income.

Some of you may feel like she is telling me the truth, I would agree if I hadn't previously spoken to a different agent that had a different answer.  

I would build an extra half bathroom but it would destroy the architectural integrity. 

I think i'll start paying an extra $1000/mo on it and in a couple years I should be able to get rid of it without needing to come to closing with a pile of $$.

The home is paid for but has a little over $7000 in taxes owed on the property. 3/2 with 2 extra potential rooms in a nice area.

Typically this is when seller offers to pay closing costs on REO properties (HUBZU being the primary source of this annoying process, the extra party can cause excessive lead time when minor issues arise such as closing date shift or last minute credit grant).
