Recent sold property along the same street are $17K, $18K and $20KPrice history show the property being listed 3 times this year around $16K and $17.8K and not being sold Based off of all these findings, I figured either it wasn't really a good deal or wasn't being priced right to wholesale.

Though if you are looking more at RI you might want to check out the Eastern Mass REIA in Taunton, though I think they canceled that meeting at least for this month (they have a 2nd one in Rockland as well).As for your initial strategy, if you are low on funds then Wholesaling is usually the niche of choice.

For most in modern history we only had C and S Corps and it was very common for individuals to hold 10 or 20 or more properties personally. :)Edited as there was a post while I was typing.Aaron, we like to get all the info we can initially so advice is appropriate, now, I agree with Duncan, get competent advice, not off the internet.
