This is a technology that I am looking to use in my business and it simply is this: "Sending voicemail to someone without their phone ringing"  This could be a good strategy as I would be able to send multiple voicemails to people (Cash Buyers or Motivated Sellers) at the same time.I am looking for a legit Software or site that is the best at this technology.  

If anyone has any advice on that I'm all ears.

I always put at the beginning of my listings - TEXT ONLY, NO CALLS, but alas, that number rings constantly. 

I could put up 5 we buy houses signs and be lucky to get 1 call all weekend.If I put up 5 signs that say " Cheap Shell or House 10k"My phone rings off the hook.

I highly doubt any lawyer would suggest pursuing it further than making sure the deposit is refunded.Ya not over 4k deposit that would be silly.. and you cant really make a case about hey I am losing out.. that will fall on deaf ears in these HIGH risk caveat emptor foreclosure auctions.

I can transfer out of it but that's last resort until it hits the amount for the purchase it's been ear marked for.
