You will have difficulty renting to Temple students if you are a half mile from campus and anywhere other than south and near Broad Street. 

Hi all,I've met and spoken with a few great prof's in the Columbus area, and since then, have made 2 offers on home (both didn't work out).I'm going out to visit in December to meet with and talk to a few people; including sellers directly.My question is for those of you who have experience and a few properties + in the mid-term / corporate rental realm.How have your vacancy rates changed over the last year to 2 years?

I have about $120k left on seller financed loan and the house is worth $280k.

That's the first step, just start with any small action and keep learning, and stay connected and again highly recommend the local real estate meetings. 

@Devin James What I am hearing from a lot of buyers is they’re tired of the grey/white combo and personally I can’t stand it as well but I love what you did with the floors, this is a very clean look and I actually like what you did here.
