Consider a person with good management skills and a deep understanding of computers, software, digital storage, along with a strong backbone is worth more you won't be able to attract good talent unless you accommodate them accordingly.

Also, my clients never touch paper unless they want to, everything is done digitally. 20 years, haha, just about every industry in existence could functionally disappear in the next 20 years with technological innovation.

@Matt Nico my two cents on this,;As someone who used to have a decent presence in the vacationing areas of Florida, I found that most HOAs are run by people that must be related to Hitler as their demands can be mired in minutiae.

Both Sumter and Fayetteville have a military presence if that’s what you were looking for.
