@Justin R.you should be able to establish a starting balance into Stessa.Why don't you see how you like the transition into Stessa.Quickbooks normally is good for a 3-4 years before you need to upgrade if you have the desktop version.If you have a couple properties, I find the Quickbooks Online's costs can add up quick.

The tenant moved out on their own a month ago, but because they left a few 'non junk' items (an operating computer hooked up to some operating cameras) Spartan felt that it was too much of a liability (and really strange like they know how to work the system) to change the locks and get new tenants until the items were removed by the tenant, or the Sheriff officially did the set out...So now we are back waiting on the Sheriff.......As far as the years returns: I will compare the performing property to this non-performer.

It works on weird algarithims so it has all these codes already saved based on dates and the computer tells u which code works for the dates you select.

@Alex GeeseyQuickbooks online plus runs at $70 a month which comes out to about $840 a year.You may want to consider Quickbooks desktop which runs around $200 and will last 3 years.Banks normally charge a $15/month charge to sync your bank to your quickbooks.
