Hi,I have finally decided to invest in a house hacking strategy and have two options, I am very confused between both and would love to get some opinion from folks here1.

General contractor in business for 40+ years with an opportunity to acquire someone else's unfinished rehab for ~$2M with an ARV of $4M - $6M depending on whether we finish the existing project or tear down and start over with a better design. 

Also does not affect your DTI and gives you more freedom with the exit strategy.

But you can use other lease option strategies, such as the cooperative assignment.As for Wisconsin and lease options, from a legal perspective they are a viable strategy.

@James TrobaughStarting out with little to no money in real estate investing can be challenging, but it's certainly possible with the right strategy, mindset, and perseverance.

Hey @Sailin Li - I agree with the strategy, although cabin prices have risen significantly your money can still go much farther if you focus on STR's.

My strategy is to cont the BRRRR method. which involves refinancing as you know.
