Frankly, I am hoping for continued cooling but I don't think it will go down a ton but we will see in the next couple of months.

More of a rhetorical question to consider than anything ... best luck to you whichever way you go.

I have a good looking logo and usually try to use the best looking branding I can but maybe that is counter productive in this case.

Most will double charge on all fees for double closings which can make them thousands more than a traditional closing.  

I know the freeze damage happened first because if the copper pipe theft had happened first the freeze damage would be less extensive than it was.You need to know what vlaues are before you start. 

This is an elderly Asian couple and the daughter did most of the talking/interpreting.

It may sound nice to pay a 6% management fee but the extra fees can add up to be more than the other company that charges 10% with no additional fees.

APR will tell a more complete picture than note rate, but APR can still be deceiving.
