If you're looking to save time answering phone calls by answering e-mails instead, a website or blog with information and photos on your properties will accomplish that.A blog would be less expensive to start with; in fact, it's free at Blogspot.Finally, I would recommend advertising on Craigslist to send people to your website or blog.

We have to give/sell/deed common property to other entities.Since these are older folk, they may really be interested in finally owning their own home, so they ca have the (under55 yo old) child come live with them to help and take care of them.

Also...if a sump pump were to be put in, would it absolutely need to be installed right where the problem seemed to originate (in the kitchen or bedroom...ugh) or could it be put in a less conspicuous area like the small common laundry room between the two apartments?

I am in the process of setting up a voicemail system where it has the standard greeting and then will say: if you are looking to sell your home press 1 if you are an investor looking to purchase property press 2 etc Do you think I should have one phone number for sellers to call and hear an automated message and then another number for investors to call?
