What kind of strategies are most interesting to you?

After you look at Zillow/Craigslist, I would recommend running the numbers on the BP Rental Property calculator to see what kind of profit/ROI they would be getting on the property. 

This information and approach is becoming more common knowledge as the MHP investing space gains momentum and the Frank and Dave MHU knowledge spreads to more and more investors looking to break into this " new frontier" of Multifamily investing.

It has its own court yard that could be used as a glass-covered atrium with a common area for people to relax.

What kind of ROI do you think I can make in those markets?

I would stay open to splitting the equity as tenants in common - your first deal should be about experiencing a successful deal not having 100% ownership.

@Kyle Pockat  That's outside my expertise, but there are lots of people here on BP that do all sorts of marketing to find those kinds of properties.As to your market, you're seeing there what I see in the greater Boston area.
