I was renting a unit in Toronto through Airbnb and was making about double rent I would have made through long-term renting and then the condo board changed the rules to ban short-term rentals.  

I'm looking for suggestions on how to clean the beams and internal boards.

Now, I only turn over "part of" the property, and stay on board as managing partner.  

Some home owners in the neighborhood have done vinyl, hardie board and stone.

On tv, there is a nice clean chalk outline on the floor where the body was.
