My husband and I were getting crazy with our personal "whatever" spending and of course our food budget so we now do cash envelopes!  

In the last few years I lost my dad and he lost his mom, both due to the ultimate rat race of working their butts off to provide us with shelter, food and clothes.So what do we have to start with..

For instance housing may be double another market, but food wont be double etc.

And if anyone is in the phoenix area and wants to grab some food or drinks and discuss anything real estate give me a shout. 

Wondering if it would make more sense to sell this house and buy one where he numbers work better.Just food for thought, good luck!

As I mentioned, it depends on the nature of the businesses subject of the transaction, are we talking about an oil refinery or a steel fabrication shop or a food warehouse or what???

The second floor apartment was larger, but kept very messy; i.e. pet hair everywhere, spilled food, and the very heavy scent of unwashed clothing/bedding and cat spray (the tenants had 3+ cats in there).
