San Antonio AirbnbYou guys did a nice job making an older house into a little bit upscale model home (like would be used to show for a new development).Somebody has some skill going on in that arena.I'm not an AirBnB expert but I don't see a wow factor.Such as a huge screen TV, a circle shaped bed, a heart shaped bed, a steam sauna, right next to the river walk, etc...Nothing to really set it apart (other than it's great model home looks).Is it haunted, was it haunted, did Wyatt Earp sleep there, etc....(???)

If a tenant wants to have ownership in a property, they are free to buy their own house and replace any and everything their heart desires.

After all, selling at the right time can be a boost to your finances and your lifestyle.

But I would really appreciate someone whose got a heart to guide me in the process.Im going back and forth on trying to find someone to fund the project so that I could possibly place a multifamily home or apartment complex on the land after the home is demolished.

My realtor has honestly been great for me so far, I'm not really worried that he doesn't have my best interests at heart. 

My daughter needs a complicated heart surgery and MUSC is the place.

And even above-average, kind-hearted people have accidents.
