There are so many parts and pieces and possible places to shine I tend to think there is a place for everyone who has an interest.

This is why some (not all) of large brokerages are focused on closing volume and selling whatever is in the listing inventory to buyers whether the property is nice or a piece of crap.I do the opposite.

A lender is much more comfortable lending on a piece of property they can see every day than one across the country. 

As an investor, I don't feel like I should have to 'babysit' the property manager and constantly audit statements.
