As if people have the right to be stupid, get ripped or rip off others outsmarting the other guy.Mo. is not what I'd call overly consumer friendly, there is a political view of big business requiring the advantages over competition and to seek business from the public to include the ignorant or disadvantaged, free enterprise and the only hooks being set by violations or laws or in ethical areas, through complaints.Municipalities have the ability to require service industry providers or professions to demonstrate education or knowledge.

I don't view the first as coming down in price just because you fall into second position, so the first becomes a bit of a static number and you have to work on the second as the variable.

Hi Mike,I was looking at being a franchisee buying a few Papa Johns and or Steak N Shakes.Holding for single tenant NNN leases on them wouldn't make sense as the single tenant market was a good buy 3 years ago but in my view is so overpriced now but people still buy them.
