I reminded her of the lease agreement..was not accusatory..reminded her of where she can go in the case that she does want to smoke...and she said...I apologize about the complaint but I don’t smoke and said it was probably the movers.

Don't remember who said it, but not that long ago I saw someone saying they will actually put a For Sale sign on the front lawn of a places that look vacant.When the owner sees the sign, or someone tells them, and they call the person would profusely apologize for the mistake.
