I even went as far as scheduling an inspection for the property until I realized that what I really needed was a general contractor.

Any other fees and process involved apart from the transfer fee by the title company.I googled and checked Legalzoom but can't find anything related to the a/m qns.

If it is a Apartment complex I might not bother if it doesnt affect them directly.

I am not able to estimate the rehab cost or have an inspection until my offer is accepted because it is tenant occupied.
