When I did my full 203(k) the only willing and knowledgeable  lender I could find at the time was Wells Fargo.

"thats it, its that easy to lay tile" and i'd just smile and reply "..for the most part" Tile is a process that ANYONE can do, it just takes a little planning, and a little knowledge.

I have gained so much knowledge from the podcast and videos that I have already watched on here.

As you can tell, this is my first seller financed deal and I appreciate any wisdom and knowledge from the biggerpockets community.

My plan is to eventually own a few buildings to provide my retirement income, as well keep me personally involved in the real estate business.I have never owned a whole building before, but as I read books, gather knowledge, and talk to my friends that do own buidings, I feel comfortable with making this transition.  

Buyers and sellers want to work with full time real estate agents, and if you are working with client, and are not as responsive as todays consumers expect you to be, you could jeopardize your own credibility, and the brokers/agencies.

Specifically, any recommendations for a good real estate agent with VA Loan and Multifamily experience/knowledge would be most helpful.
