------Quick Facts / upfront info:3 adult siblings looking to invest.

We've had a lot of luck with Bank 21, Fidelity Bank, Cornerstone Bank and Great American Bank.

I want to make arrangements so my sister can take care of the management or sales of these properties and then transfer them to my daughter when she is a legal adult. 

But just the heading of a standard lease was changed...not even a right of first refusal in a sale was added,  leading me to believe the owner just wanted to bamboozle the tenant.It just saddens me that Americans are not taught even a tiny bit of contract law in high school.  

We're now trying to help our young adult children to get started.  

Does anyone have any experience with this company?  I am eager to learn about them.

And about a month from now, I'll be signing off on the biggest liability of my entire young adult life, thus far. 

I don't care that they're disabled (no, I'm not a horrible person - and neither are you) - they're a functioning adult capable of making their own decisions... and they signed on the dotted line.

I'd be skeptical about access to a train station raising value tremendously (let alone 2X) in an American city.
