Disaster waiting to happen.At a MINIMUM, have an active, experienced, REAL ESTATE attorney prepare/review your docs.

If you want to get plugged in, being aroudn those that are active is the only way to go.

However, the house we are flipping got a LOT of activity at the first asking price.

All I have to say is he's commenting on everyones stuff and he himself has not actively invested in RE in almost 30 years.
