Correct , minenis mostly small job, the few of them who called , I check their online reviews most of them has very low review on other sides .

If there was a gas leak in your unit and the landlord, for health and safety reasons needed immediate access to your unit, they should have a means of entry.  

Unless I'm missing something, does anyone else wish they had access to more things on the app?

So far I've self educated from literature, BiggerPockets forum of other newbies, and some friends and Facebook, but I'd love to see if there is possibly a way to branch out and BiggerPockets definitely has way more access to all the pros.

Watch Google analytics on your site to see bounce rate and sources of traffic, play around with sending clicks directly to a contact page or even to a page only accessible from that click source with more targeted info .

The problem is that it is Aurora, CO- one block outside of Denver and all licensed contractors are booked out for months and charging what I consider outrageous prices per books/online estimates I've came across.
