Truly good investments do not require great sales techniques.  

Sure, these marketing techniques are easy to scale and easy to read.

I was initially skeptical about starting out with wholesaling since I really do not know much about it but once I get more familiar with this technique I will dive right in.

But seriously, be careful trying to use techniques that work other places in LA.  

When these two dynamics are married, the need that is left unaddressed is the growing market for newer and better facilities/communities tailored to emerging retirees.Now that tells me something about supply and demand...I remember reading the book "Acres of Diamonds" but rather than talk about this pearl of wisdom here is the url for everyone to read (at their leisure) -- Lord knows we do enough reading on real estate alone...

I do NOT teach this technique.

I could... spend 100's of hours building my own site, learning the techniques and testing out designs.hiring people to do SEO, Content writing and/or web design (which is NOT cheap)or I could....Rent a website (Carrot or Lead Propeller) for $50/mo that has Content already done for you, on site SEO built in and a research, tested and done for you design.  

Another technique that interests me is finding people who have crappy little houses on country lots near towns like Georgetown, Milton, even up your way near Bradford, etc.

Mostly because I think it's highly subjective and you can tailor the experience any way you like.
