I work from 9am to 7 or usually always later than that Monday to Friday.

I have some pretty good flexibility on Thursdays and Fridays.

So you have investors asking you what you would take if "They could pay cash and close on Friday(i.e.

They vacated last Friday.

I may be able to get more, while it sits vacant (Once this eviction goes through next Friday) and could take much longer in THIS neighborhood to get a buyer.I just want to move as soon as possible to another property closer to me and would appreciate any help with the sales process and documentation you mentioned would be great.My buyer has an agent who would probably help for... shhhh FREE, believe it or not, there are still some helpful people in this world.

We would go out Friday nights and post the signs and then make the rounds Sunday nights to remove them.

Friday, the owner decided to extend the deadline to vacate beyond the end of April as long as rent is still being paid.Not sure if the other tenants (including my brother) got the message though.So the owner came looking for rent Saturday.  

Winter brings the skiers to Cataloochee and is the slowest time with usually just Friday and Saturday night bookings.
