Hi Zane, Texas is ok for cash-flow but nothing special.

It also looks well made for instant use, no special setup.Does anyone have a positive or negative opinion of this software?

Nothing special about the construction aspect, just the zoning and regulatory part of them....Start calling Licensed builders, maybe find a younger , newer guy and give him a chance on an easier project.....

On MLS and negotiated myself since I'm a licensed agent.
