-We have had our condo in Oceanside for almost 2 years now and the value according to Redfin and some comps in the neighborhood have increased the value of the condo by at least $80,000 ( rough assessment ). 

This was about 5 years ago so costs are different now but at the time it cost me about $20,000 I was not expecting to spend.

It looks like no matter what, my actual name will need to be filed on annual report with the NC LLC (even using a registered agent). 

Curious to hear if anyone is currently investing in the area and things you may recommend. 

I am wondering if anyone has any recommendations on well-established groups that host meet ups in north / central New Jersey. 

We're looking to move the family soon and use my VA loan to do so.

Certainly a big hit means better opportunity because you can buy at a lower basis, but a big hit also takes time to work itself out.

I've been looking at foreclosure auctions.  1) If I wanted to use my HELOC to bid on a property and with my LLC in mind, I'm leaning to having to fund my LLC using the HELOC, with my bid price in mind (plus other costs) and then bidding on a property and if successful, write a check from my business account.
