@Michael EalyWhen you start with huge disadvantages, and I think your analysis is very spot-on there about it for Millennials, there's more of a tendency to become institutionalized in tenant mentality, the mindset of people who pay rent and expect a certain amount of free maintenance versus people who pay a mortgage and understand maintenance is all on them.It's all well and good to imagine yourself taking on the many do-it-yourself maintenance challenges of home ownership at 25, 30, 35.
