Rather than put the cart before the horse, I guess it will be best to wholesale as much as possible and if a problem does come up, try to partner with someone who is more experienced and learn from them.

Questions will be asked whether their city should bother aggressively courting corporations, and they may choose not to participate in the race next time an opportunity like this happens.

At the end of the day we are all striving for financial freedom and to be out of the rat race (Kiyosaki,2009), working for someone else will keep you away from your long term goals.I am in the same predicament, in that I work a 9-5 which funds my R/E investments, but my heart is awaiting  the day I can afford my own medical coverage and laugh at the thought of a "qualified retirement plan".
