I'd like to move to a financial position where my passive (i.e. real estate) income is enough to live on because my earned income relies on government grant funding, which is tumultuous in today's political climate.  

For example we spent 300$+ on a bandit campaign and get 12 calls so far, we spent almost 2000$ on mailings and got 6 calls from that campaign. granted we definitely made some rookie mistakes on our mailers, but figured i would share the numbers in our area witch is a city with less income, surrounded by higher income less congested areas.Our average mailing price is 5.69$ a lead for a 3 touch.
