I am quite a newbie.

I came to BP having never completed a real estate transaction and have completed quite a few over the last couple years, much to the credit of BP and its members.

His mother is quite wealthy and she is going to "take care of things" for him.

Would need to find the proper people to pitch it to and figure out how to pitch it...As of now my plan of attack is to build up a sufficient savings to quit my current job as a Carpenter and support multiple flips/year.

Hey guys, I have searched and found quite a few topics that discuss Auction.com, but have not read anywhere where someone has gotten a house under contract and found a cash buyer to assign it to through Auction.com.An employee from the site has reached out to me for awhile about putting my deals on there, and seems to fully understand the wholesale process and says they regularly do them.Does anyone have any experiences or thoughts?

I learned to run the numbers on different scenarios like keeping the properties financed until a goal number is reached, then starting to pay them off after that rather than going one at a time (that makes quite a difference).

My wife has her real estate license, so she helps me out quite a bit.
