If there was a drug bust then the home would be listed by authorities DEA, that house was used to manufacture.

The house is in a trust.My question is this: How do I find the person that has the authority to sell me this house?

What should I do if the seller backs out, the title company won't close my deal or if am reported to authorities for acting as an agent without a license? 

I think some of the other things I've heard about the author turned me off to it, but I'm sure there is some valuable info there.

You do understand that, in rider to be appointed executor, there must be a valid will, and that person must be named in the will as the executor and qualify before court will except.In the meantime, they have capacity, powers or authority, hence no standing.
