buying a house that is in a trust

Hello everyone,

I recently found a house inside the city limits of Sarasota that I would like to fix and flip. This is the information that I've found so far.

The owner passed away three years ago and has no living children. The property taxes are being paid from escrow account. The house is in a trust.

My question is this: How do I find the person that has the authority to sell me this house?

I can't seem to find any names associated with the house at all.

Thanks for your help!
