To be perfectly honest, @Bryan Otteson has a good point.

I guess that just means I will need to be successful enough to be able to buy some vacation homes in climes where the locals don't look so pasty and rusted ;o)I'm looking forward to many fruitful discussions on my new favorite pastime.

So like Bryan says many don't know what it is or how to apply it.However just as importantly it just doesn't apply to most deals.

If used too heavily, you can cause rusting or other oxidation issues to electrical connections, wiring, etc.If you follow some of the best guidance out there - provided by the US EPA - you will use a simple solution of mild soap (dish-soap) and water and lightly wipe the walls clean.

I had the same question as Bryan...It doesn't appear that Karl or the buyer can't hire an MLO, just that there are certain types of MLOs he can't hire (temporary service and outsource companies).Of course, I don't know what temporary service and outsource companies mean in this context...which is why I'm still confused.

Bryan - In the 6 years (BP is turning 6 in 2 weeks) that the site has been around, I think I've seen maybe 2 or 3 videos about the site (from people other than me) and probably a few dozen posts on other blogs about the site, at most, from our members.
