If you want to master these 2, study these 2, wholesaling is simply when you apply these skill to real estate for the purpose of "horse trading".

Do believe such a grading system would apply multi families as well?

I like some parts of technological automation, but I'd like to at least talk to the tenant and screen a little before I show it to them or let them apply. 

The tenant is applying for assistance through Leaven, which requires my approval for them to be accepted.
