Also, I frequent the HD & Lowe's in New Braunfels looking at discounted appliances and don't recall seeing too many gas ranges discounted. 

We got used appliances that looked almost new.

Needs about $10k-15k in work (wallpaper, appliances, clean up, etc.).

New walls, appliances, windows, roof, fixtures, bathrooms, kitchen, heat and air are just a few of the improvements that were part of the remodeling of this beautiful like new home.

How are you all dealing with the wait times on new materials, appliances (especially; HD, Costco, Best Buy and more) are delivering after 4 to 6 weeks.

I figured that I could apply the same concept as I have just purchased the property and will be installing energy efficient appliances and HVAC As I need to be replaced anyways.again just being in the scheming phase I will have to let you know how it all pans out.
