Sounds like an all around bad situation and I hope that it is resolved in a way that works for everyone involved.Not sure what state you are in so I can only speak on behalf of how it works in Texas, but this is one of the primary reasons why an experienced commercial agent is worth their weight in gold especially on the selling side.
