Hey all,Not directly investing in Real Estate related, but i had an idea to start a 3D photography business which would allow you to virtually walk through the house and have a virtual tour.

I also own a Matterport camera which can create really nice 3D interactive virtual tours which is great for rental properties. 

There are several virtual meetups that go on every week, almost ever day.

Lenders range from small mom & pops who lend their own money and are in complete control, to those offered by the large HMLs with gigantic credit lines and access to virtually an infinite supply of cash.

All the while making virtually tax free $5000 every year (as mentioned above, my expenses were $30,000 and rental income was $35,000 every year).

After she did the walk through and took us on a “virtual” tour, we loved it!

For hot water I like what they do in the Mediterranean cities virtually everyone has a black water tank on the roof that water gets hot and stays hot. 

I am a newbie to real estate investing and I would like to connect with investors that are currently wholesaling virtually.

Do they have administrative support locally or through virtual assistants?

Legitimate lenders don’t act this way.Before you start making unsolicited calls to lenders, understand that virtually none of the sites you’ll probably go to (Facebook, Connected Investors, LinkedIn, Craigslist, and even BP) vet their lenders.
