Hi All!

I am a real estate investor in Richmond VA. Most of my business has been small multifamily rentals and single family flips. I am looking to evolve my business and focus more on larger multifamily investing and would like to start syndicating. I am looking for a great syndication attorney and some professionals preferably in the Richmond market. I want to learn more about the laws and meet more people that are actively syndicating! I have real The Best Ever Apartment Syndication Book and Multifamily Millionaire.

@Jarrett Douma I would say more like hundreds. I would suggest first going to some meetup events. There are several virtual meetups that go on every week, almost ever day. I go to several of them. That would be a great place to meet others and learn from them and possibly even find partners with people who have experience. Then I would also suggest possibly investing as an LP with other syndicators to learn more about it before attempting to do your own. There are many coaching/mentorship programs available as well, which I'm sure you know. There are even some other ones that are very much affordable. I am involved with a few different ones and I can DM you some info if you would like. Including a list of some meetups. There is one happening today at 1 EST.
