I'm refinancing my rental tomorrow. 

So far out of 60 or so letters I've sent out I've gotten half a dozen calls and I'll be putting an offer on one of them tomorrow.

Are you prepared to manage 9 buildings tomorrow, even if you can find them?  

I've looked at one and going to see the other tomorrow.  

I'm majoring in entrepreneurship and recently was introduced to the real estate business after reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, I have always loved the idea of investing because of the ability to have one dollar today and make it two dollars tomorrow.

And it pays me even more tomorrow as my cash flow grows (rents increase but payments stay the same) and my equity builds as appreciation and principal paydown accelerate.Magical.

First meeting is tomorrow.

Although a little morbid, one of the main things that helps me get my mind straight is to remind myself that we do not have tomorrow promised to us and even a moment of worrying only takes away from a moment we can be happy.

I scheduled a meeting for tomorrow but i'm nervous.  

Fridge is delivered tomorrow, so I will start showings Wednesday!
