I'm currently a truck driver and am tired of working long and weird hours.

I am too tired to call back the other 13 callers (I've been talking and marketing for 10 hours).

Just some thoughts in my mind, i have done direct mail and have gotten the person saying oh id sell in this situation and such, but they are just tire kickers fielding calls.

like a pair of underwear and btw,  I am so tired of people on here immediately hitting the 1099 topic and insurance claims excuse. 

So it's not like you'll have no equity.Pull the cash out, let your tenant pay off the mortgage for you, and use that cash for your next deal...rinse and repeat until you get tired.

Let me tell you a lot of dilapidated 5-25 unit buildings in downtown SLC, buildings look old, just as I am sure their owners are, old and tired.

It's looking tired inside and has knob and tube wiring, asbestos lined heat ducts (gravity heat), original plumbing, it needs a new roof and windows soon and some siding work and a paint job.

Consider this scenario:A seller is tired of paying property taxes on his vacant land.  

After they moved out, all 4 of my tires were slashed.

A few old tires as well as other lesser garbage.Would the tenant on a NNN lease be responsible for this?
