We have a higher end flip sitting for sale right now and I’m wondering if we will have more buyers because people are motivated by rate cuts or if we will have zero buyers because people have the fear of losing their jobs right now.

Many will choose real estate as a safe haven.3) The liquidity crisis is forcing the sale of gold (and bitcoin) which are both going down, so for many loosing a ton of money in stocks does not really motivate one to go out and buy another asset we all watched crater 10 years ago.4) The role of institutional money in residential r.e. is probably not well accounted for, so is black rock going to need to liquidate a couple thousand houses in your state?

One thing I would add is to ask, not only to be added to their contacts (and then text them your vcard so they don't have to type a bunch of things in), but also ask if they would mind if you contacted them again in 6-12 months to gauge their interest.  

I am new to real estate investing and I am motivated to learn as much as I can so I can start building a portfolio in the smartest way possible that will allow me to quit the 9-5 grind.
