Essentially, you can set it up so the call goes through via the internet through a WiFi signal (VoIP technology) as opposed as through a cell tower.

The difficulty in trying to do that at that price range is that it's a much smaller pool of people who can make those kinds of purchases in the kind of time you'd typically need to get a deal done.

In my experience with residential, the more work that is needed beyond cosmetic the lower the profit at the end, which when coupled with the time required, ends up being a much worse hourly return on your time and money.With the added difficulty of the heirs not being in communication with each other and the rest of the hair on the deal, I would move on.When you first get started, I think most people don't respect the value of their time enough and haven't seen how high a percentage of deals apart.

Having worked there and been successful, their pre-approvals are worthless if you have a bad LO or a newbie. every LO is trained to ask for the documents after submitting the pre-approval. clearly anyone who wants financing most likely isn't lying about their financing, but sitting down with a local banker compared to someone over the phone makes no difference. it's 2017 and technology is all around.
