More than month later July 2016 1st lien mortgage holder (bank) starts foreclosure proceedings on the owner and Plaintiff failed to perform due diligence in completing a gap title search, thereby failing to name new party to this proceeding, with the Lis Pendens being recorded on July 22, 2016.If the "Final Judgment of Foreclosure" is vacated do I get paid/ reimbursed for repairs done on the home?

In my case, it's no more trouble for my PM to show up to a tenant's door for rent and say they owe additional late fee given they were put on notice the 2 weeks prior when tenant initially failed to pay rent due.
