Hey David,Great questions.I believe agents will need to be more resourceful, have better systems in place for streamlining the entire process and will need to be able to handle most tasks remotely - i.e. consultations, virtual tours, e-signatures.Its really not too different from where things were headed pre-COVID.In my opinion, agents will still be a vital part of the process for both buyers and sellers.

What if the appraisal comes in low, rehab comes in high, someone loses their day job during the rehab and can't contribute anymore, someone doesn't perform on your JV, the contractor bails on you, etc.
