Right now we're working on learning as much as we can and growing our network so we're ready to jump when the right opportunity comes along.We're most interested in long-term and small multi-family rentals and eventually would like to explore short-term rentals.

Learn those basics first, then you will have some foundation for collecting a good-fitting working team.

You'll learn something about their family sitaution -  if they have local kid(s) thats a good sign they have somebody to help them out as needed.   

well you have to learn sometime.. 

My biggest struggle right now is the rehab process but learning everyday to become a master at it!
