Your information will be setup in their system so that a new offer can be prepared, signed and submitted much faster than starting all over each time. 

I submitted the offer unseen 10k over asking to start with but when i heard it was 30-40 other offers, I didnt bother putting a higher bid and lost. 

AND for REO's, all but nobody wanted them, and I could submit an offer at 50% of asking and get it, regularly.

Basically just ask for it then submit it to the custodian.

So start there, and if by some chance it wasn't permitted as a legal 2 unit you probably just need to submit a simple plan showing the entire existing building and designating the two units.

HASLC is usually pretty easy to work with and it should only take a couple weeks at most to process the paperwork.I find everyone there to be much easier to reach via email.I’m assuming you’ve submitted the new owner paperwork and received the HAP and it didn’t have the rent listed?
