I was under the impression that you can purchase another FHA property after a year that's what I was told I'm in the process of purchasing a property myself I own two properties back in 2003 and the rules and regulations has gotten pretty strict but I understand what you're trying to do I'm in the same ballpark myself

Hello Fellow BP Members,I am have acquired my Texas real estate license.I am looking for different creative ways to monetize my real estate license outside of strictly selling residential properties.Also I’m looking for a real estate company preferably in the DFW area that would be willing to work with a new realtor that would not be available full time.My full-time job requires a lot of out of state travel.Thanks in advance for all you guys help.

If you provide more details I would be glad to offer any value I can.Keep in mind that these loans have great interest rates compared to the open market but are generally strict on standards and tend to be harder to close.

Many assist in the the transaction in a multitude ways: like with collateral, recording assignments, giving valid estimations of how much a tape or portfolio is worth, buybacks, etc.I would imagine it would be difficult being Canadian in this scenario since the licensing to buy,own, and sell assets is pretty strict.
