A wholetail is a combination of the concepts of wholesale and retail.

Hello everyone I am a 20 year old real estate investor in the Bay Area and was wondering if someone could explain the concept of refinancing a property to me .

I'm looking for any general advice and/or experiences any of you fine ladies and gentleman have to offer on seller financing.More specifically, I listened to a BP podcast awhile back in which the gentleman discussed bringing 2-3 offers to the seller, but for the life of me I cannot find that episode or material on that concept again.

Once you've learned how to introduce them to self-directed retirement accounts and the concept of private lending, they might even become YOUR "stable" of private lenders!

@Jason BhattiWhile @Ned Carey gave you an excellent advise about building the relationships, I think you should step back and educate yourself on the securities laws and speak with a few securities attorneys to fully grasp the concept and understand what's allowed and what's not.

Now a high risk corporate junk bond will have a much higher yield, think like 4, 5, 6% etc.This same concept is no different in real estate. 

I've never heard of this company, but the concept is really no different than getting an investor on a property.

I like the concept of being the deal.finder so I'm never dependent on someone else for this part of the business and I can hand pick the best deals for myself.But much like you, the wholesaling is just a means to an end.
