The beautiful thing is they already have it rented and they dont want to be a landlord.

So we will look to get creative and see what we can create with this gem...maybe experiment with a tiny home concept.We also placed a bid on another beautiful home built in the 30's, it is a 4/2 2,000 sqft and has all the qualities for a potential AirBnB.
