My 37yr career in software has taught me that unless your data is on your systems and devices, then you can expect data loss and data theft.To keep privacy, don't post or upload anywhere (including the 'cloud' products).

Account Closed  I won't answer for Brian.. however I will say the bigger players on the west coast all have sophisticated software that is something to behold.Also pop on Foreclosure Radars website.. its only in CA Or and maybe a few other states the owner is on BP.. its awesome for a subscription service.

So you will definitely need to stand out from the rest as to why your product is better than the FREEbies being offered.

As you learn the basics of real estate economics you'll learn the factors of production, land, labor, capital and entrepreneurship, that together with understand your market will tell you what route to take and the education you need. 

It was a bad idea it is a really soft particle board type of product.  

I'm looking at various CRM products now, and while I am partial to open source, I'm not sure how practical it sometimes is as compared to other for pay products.Anyone have any opinions about SugarCRM?

I was a former realtor from 1989 - 1997 before venturing into video production, but now I'm re-entering the real estate world.

However I can't seem to find if they will do 30yr loans to an LLC.Does anyone have experience with this loan product?
