Hello Community,I am a green investor and anxious to get started but have one issue.

I'm kinda green myself but this seems like just an ok deal.  20% down is a lot. 

I'm a bit green when it comes to developing a project like this.I was wondering if there are any fellow members here who have experience developing a parcel of land into a retail center that can consult me through the project.

Our relish is not bright green, we put ketchup on our hot dogs, and our sauce is below our cheese on our too-thin pizza.

What basic tips could you give me with regards to making sure my client gets everything they deserve.... in other words, I don't need them knowing that I am green in this area of real estate. 

OK, @Lizina Green, you may have found a gold mine, but you haven't actually said anything about the value of the property.

We chat and Brandon heard that my building was for sale, he saw a an old listing that Joel posted in the back of an S&H Green stamp book he got  checking out at an airport bar.

I'm very green when it comes to self storrage.
